All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that colours and details are fully representative of the physical product.
4. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products in accordance with these terms.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Singapore. Delivery areas, fees, and timeframes are communicated at the time of ordering. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Product Quality and Freshness
We take food quality and safety seriously. Every product is carefully sourced, handled, and packed to ensure freshness upon delivery.
8. Issues, Replacements and Refunds
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
